I highly recommend Grimes Home Concepts and Casey Grimes for home repair and remodeling work. GHC helped me by replacing wood framing around and a structural header above a basement window damaged by leaks from a cracked PVC drain pipe in the kitchen above that had rotted out the wood. Scary stuff. But Casey quickly earned my full confidence in the way he approached and completed the work. He is a professional who knows what he’s doing. He communicates well, is easy to work with, and is reliable and punctual. Having finished our basement and remodeled our home in the past I have enough experience to know that Casey is top notch. I have already recommended him to neighbors and friends for remodeling projects. I would definitely use GHC if we have a remodeling project in the future.

Casey and Libby gracefully executed a full kitchen and bathroom remodel of our 1920's home, for not one but two architects! We were most impressed by the professionalism of GHC; how Casey walked into the house with only a concept in hand and was able to foresee so many of the conditions that had to be overcome in a 100yr old house, and Libby's ability to see that we, as the client, needed to be guided through making decisions to make the vision become a reality. They made the design and construction process as comfortable as possible through prompt and detailed communication, honesty of costs, and accurate scheduling.
