What is a Whole-Home Remodel?
Unlike the traditional kitchen or bathroom remodel, the whole-home remodel targets more than one space in the home. Often the remodel will encompass an entire main level, where it makes the most sense to upgrade all facets of the level in order to achieve congruency and flow. Some spaces that are included in the whole-home remodel include:

- Laundry and Mud Rooms
- Pantries

Often when homeowners are looking to just repaint their interior, or replace their flooring, then we recommend they contact specialized service providers directly, instead of using GHC's services - this will be the best use of the homeowner's money, and still get a great result. When the projects require more specialized management and skills, such as structural modifications or intricate details, then it makes sense to hire a Design-Builder to manage the project from beginning to end.
Whole-Home Remodel Costs & Timeline
Every one of our home remodels is different and because each project is so custom, we can never make guarantees without first seeing your space and going through the design process. However, as a general rule and starting point, you can expect to commit $100 - $225 per square foot for your whole-home remodel. Depending on the size of the space and the other major factors, that can be in the range of $75,000 and $500,000 or more.
